To this end, an Integrated Management System (IMS) has been implemented in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.\u00a0This Policy represents the Management\u2019s formal commitment to all stakeholders and is based on clearly defined regulatory and strategic pillars.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>1. Article 2087 of the Civil Code<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the key principle of Article 2087 of the Italian Civil Code, the organisation assumes the primary obligation to take all necessary measures to protect the physical integrity and moral dignity of its employees. Management recognises that formal compliance with the laws in force (Legislative Decree 81\/08) represents only the minimum starting point: the company\u2019s commitment is guided by the pursuit of maximum safety, by constantly updating facilities, equipment and procedures in line with technical progress.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>2. INTEGRATION WITH QUALITY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Compliance with quality requirements involves aligning business processes to ensure the excellence of the products and services provided. The strategic strengths are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer focus: understanding customers\u2019 current and future needs, meeting their requirements and aiming to exceed their expectations. Ensuring that supplies comply with the applicable technical specifications<\/li>\n<li>Risk-based approach: proactively identifying risks associated with operational and supply processes, minimising non-conformities and maximising opportunities for business improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement: optimising the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through the constant monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the implementation of timely corrective actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>3. INTEGRATION WITH SAFETY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The integration of the commitment under Article 208 of the Civil Code into the ISO 45001 framework is reflected in the following formal commitments by senior management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide safe and healthy working conditions. To prevent work-related injuries and illnesses by eliminating hazards and reducing health and safety risks (H&amp;S) through a hierarchy of controls<\/li>\n<li>Actively involve employees and their representatives (RLS) in the processes of hazard identification, risk assessment, and the definition of preventive measures.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive protection of the individual by promoting an inclusive and respectful work environment that actively combats work-related stress and ensures full respect for the moral integrity of every employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Management is committed to providing the human, operational, and financial resources necessary to achieve the objectives set forth in this Policy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The management of D\u2019Amore &amp;
